![]() When I carpeted the box I merely cut slits in the carpet covering these holes so the bolts could be accessed, but would be otherwise covered. Nearest to the trunk opening, I used JB Weld to affix locknuts and fender washers above two stock holes in rear deck sheet metal (sanded first), and secured the front edge of the box to these from below with bolts and washers that I slightly recessed into the wood.
